The complete kit to upgrade your KLX 110 front forks. Included in this is kit is the following:
- KLX 110 Fork Springs (Select Model Year)
- KLX 110 Damping Rods - Part #634-KLX-1101
- Fork Oil (Select Weight)

10 weight (stock) - 100lb and under rider
15 weight - 100lb-150lb rider
20 weight - 150lb+ riders and int/pros
Damping Rods
These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel and provide increased damping control for adult sized riders. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride. These make a great combination with our triple clamp and stiff springs. A perfect match to our KLX/DRZ110 Super Comp Suspension Kit.
Lots of people wonder if these will work on the "L" model KLX110. They will fit the forks and do provide improved damping over the stock damping rods. They do not increase the length, or travel, over the OEM damping rods on the "L" model bike, though.

Custom-developed by BBR for adult riders. Pre-set and stress relieved for long life. Fits KLX 110 stock forks or BBR E-6 forks.

Application Notes:
650-KLX-1105 are for use on KLX/DRZ110's from 2002-Present model year, not including the "L" model.
650-KLX-1305 are for use on KLX110L 2010-Present model year, "L" model only.
Does not fit in stock XR/CRF 50 forks.
