When will my order ship?

For orders placed before 1pm PST Monday-Friday; we will do our best to get it out same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm PST Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding major holidays). You will be sent a confirmation email, and then a email with a tracking number when it ships. Don't forget to check your spam folder, junk mail or promotions. If you still can't find any information give us a call or email and we'll help you track it down.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?

That's a great question! For restocking questions, backorders, and inquiries about items out of stock please contact BBR at 253-631-8233, or email us at The fastest way to be notified of a restocked item is by entering your email into the "Notify me when available" section of the product page of the item you're waiting for. 

Can I cancel my order?

There are no guarantees we can cancel any order after being placed. We will try our best to cancel your order if we haven't generated a shipping label. Tracking labels are only created after the order has been completely boxed. Once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we can no longer cancel it and it will have to be returned once you receive it. 

Can I change my order? (to add or remove items, etc. )

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been accepted, it’s not possible for us to change it prior to shipping. That being said, please give us a call and we will see what we can do, or if we can place a separate order for you and ship them out together. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order; including checking that the part you selected fits your year/model of bike. If your order has not yet generated a tracking number, feel free to contact us and we can see what options are available. If a tracking number has been generated, you may have to reorder the correct item and return the incorrect one.

How do import/customs fees and taxes work?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and no way of knowing what the cost would be from our end. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid to the shipping carrier by the recipient of the package and if not paid, the package will be abandoned with no refunds or credits. Warranty Information

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, accident, crashes or the natural wear and tear of materials over time. Manufacture warranties may cover defects such as defective parts, missing parts, improper welds, holes, factory defects, etc. Please call us immediately if you have any questions or concerns about items in your order that may be defective. Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage from crashes/wipeouts
  • Contact with exhaust pipes
  • Cuts or punctures by sharp objects
  • Improperly installed items
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Fading due to excessive sunlight
  • Improper chemical usage on items (chemical damage)
  • Failing to maintain the bike and it's parts according to it's service manual

How do I Jet my bike?

Every bike requires a different jetting spec that depends on the weather, location, type of gas, engine, carb, pipe, cam, riding ability, etc.. For the best results please consult a mechanic or shop you trust. But a good starting point on most 4-strokes (if you are adding a pipe, cam, etc.) would be five to ten sizes bigger on the main jet. We also have Jetting info in our tech section on the website to help with rejetting after installing an exhaust, big bore kit or aftermarkey carb.
