Rarely does an aftermarket part resemble the sales pitch but this one does. Its the way Kawasaki should have built the bike.

Always check clearances. Piston and ring gap were on the snug side out of the box. Honed 0.0012" out and everything was perfect for sizzly tight woods riding @ 95F.

I’ve lived with this and the fork springs on my 250f for about a month and this is exactly what I was looking for. I know it’s a play bike but now I have the confidence to push the limits on this bike and not have to worry about blowing my wrists off the bars. Handling changed drastically for the better in my opinion. I’ve heard many say it’s too stiff but I like stiff suspension so it’s perfect for me. If you’re considering it and hesitating to pull the trigger just do it and get ready to change the way you ride this bike, you’ll open so many doors that were closed on stock components

I needed a new swing arm bolt that my son had stripped the threads on. I called and they promptly shipped me a new one so we could be back in business.

I ordered a new set of cables, clutch, throttle ,and brake. BBR only had the throttle and clutch. Which was fine. After opening i found out I was gave 2 clutch cables. I messaged them and they sent the correct cable next day mail. And I was able to keep the extra clutch. Excellent customer service. That is why I will continue to always do buisness with BBR. They always make good of thier promises to the ppl spending thier hard earned money.
