BBR V4 Frame Kit

We put this on my girlfriend‘s bike for a little more snort. We paired it with a custom cam from CJR and an ECU map. It really woke the bike up the torque in the mid range and top end is definitely noticeable, awesome kit, easy to install. Great jobs guys we will be purchasing more products from BBR in the future.

I have been working on ttrs for 20 years and have always struggled with the carb. They are way too lean from the factory, hard to start and just don't run well when tuned perfectly. Thanks C. A. R. B. The bbr replacement kit is awesome installed it with a 120 main and the bike fired right up and idled. Ran out great. Resolved all of the problems with the factory carb. Only thing I would add to the kit is a 120 jet. Included jets are all too big IMO for a factory bike. And a fuel line routing diagram would have saved me some time. So nice to get a product that actually works.

Rarely does an aftermarket part resemble the sales pitch but this one does. Its the way Kawasaki should have built the bike.

Always check clearances. Piston and ring gap were on the snug side out of the box. Honed 0.0012" out and everything was perfect for sizzly tight woods riding @ 95F.

I’ve lived with this and the fork springs on my 250f for about a month and this is exactly what I was looking for. I know it’s a play bike but now I have the confidence to push the limits on this bike and not have to worry about blowing my wrists off the bars. Handling changed drastically for the better in my opinion. I’ve heard many say it’s too stiff but I like stiff suspension so it’s perfect for me. If you’re considering it and hesitating to pull the trigger just do it and get ready to change the way you ride this bike, you’ll open so many doors that were closed on stock components
