Phone orders can be placed Monday through Thursday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., and Friday 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Give us a call at 253-631-8233. All payments must be made in US currency only. Orders placed before 1 P.M. Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1 P.M. Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. BBR accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® Discover and Paypal® for phone orders. For mail-in payment BBR will accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.

Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day at 253-631-4260. Please include the following information on all fax orders: Name, shipping address, billing address, complete credit card number including expiration date and 3 digit security code, preferred shipping method, e-mail address and the best contact phone number for any questions regarding your order.

A street address or P.O. Box address is required (USPS Only for P.O. Boxes) . We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping! (excluding Oversize Items in the link below)

If ordering online, you will see all available shipping options during checkout. If you select free shipping, the carrier and method will be at BBR's discretion. Oversize Shipping will go UPS Ground. If you need an order by a certain date or from a specific carrier please choose your preferred method (shipping fees will apply). We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, however BBR Motorsports Inc. cannot be held liable or responsible for carrier delays, or conditions beyond our control including but not limited to hazardous or extreme weather, winter storms, COVID outbreak, carrier strikes, etc. The only guaranteed carrier service is UPS Next Day Air.

Other shipping methods are available upon request. Please check our web site or call for more information on shipping and handling charges.

BBR sells dealer-direct to fine motorsports dealers everywhere. Dealer inquiries invited. Dealer may pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and COD. COD payments must be made via company check. A $35 fee will be charged on all returned checks. See our Dealer App page for info on becoming a dealer. BBR products are also available through major motorsports distributors including Parts Unlimited, Parts Canada, Western Power Sports and Tucker Rocky.

BBR will gladly accept returned products providing the item was purchased directly from BBR and returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more details on how to start a return or exchange.
