Returns & Exchanges

At BBR Motorsports we will always take care of our customers. When you spend your hard-earned money on our parts, it becomes our responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with our products. To ensure that all of these expectations are met, please read the information and policies below.

We will gladly accept returns providing the item was purchased directly from BBR and returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. We will only accept returns that meet the policies below.

Policies:

  • To ensure a full refund on your returned item(s) they must be intact and in perfect/re-sellable condition in the original packaging. 
  • All returns are inspected. You may still return items out of their packaging; but they are subject to being inspected and to subsequent fees.
  • If the returned item's packaging is torn and/or unusable; we will likely have to implement a restocking fee to cover materials and labor to repackage the item. The return may not be accepted in severe cases. This restocking fee can range from 5% to 20% depending on the damage done.
  • If the item has been installed, or used and there are visible signs of damage, we will not accept a return on it. You are welcome to contact us for questions or concerns about submitting a return.
  •  Signs of damage includes (but is not limited to): dirt, oil, fluids (bodily and mechanical) scuffs, dents, chips, cracks, tears, scratches, broken pieces, stains, mud, cerakoted post purchase, DIY welds, missing parts, modifications, or any signs the product has been installed/used/fully sent.
  • Shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • If you're wanting to exchange the item for something different, you may either wait for the returned item to come back to us and we will exchange it here (with any differences in cost negotiated via email/phone). Or you may order the new item right away, and we will issue a refund once the returned item is inspected. We can also give you store credit. Please note you are responsible for shipping costs associated with an exchange, and the returned item must be in unused, resellable condition. 
  • Please notify BBR Motorsports of any defective/damaged items received within 7 days after receiving your order, or a return/exchange may be refused.

Steps for Online Return:

  • You will need your order number, name, email, phone number or zip code used to place the order.
  • Please either fill out our online return form (located at the bottom of this page) or reach out to us via phone or email within 30 days of placing your order to let us know you are returning something and the reason why, as well as your preference of a refund, or exchange.
  • Once your return is approved, please include the original packing slip, and/or note stating your order number, and contact information with the return (including a written reason for return if you did not initiate the return through our self-serve return page).
  • Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is your responsibility as the customer to answer to items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging, and pay costs associated with damaged returns. If the return is damaged beyond repair BBR Motorsports Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Please use a reputable shipping carrier and tracking/insurance services. BBR Motorsports Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We strongly advise making note of your tracking number. 
  • Once we receive your return; it will usually take us 3-5 business days to inspect it and initiate the refund/credit or implement any restocking fees. If we have questions or concerns about your return we will contact you within that timeframe. If we are implementing a restocking fee we will notify you to clarify issues on our end.  
  • After the return has been inspected and approved we will initiate your refund or credit.  
  • Once the refund is initiated, it usually takes 5-7 business days for that to be reflected on your original payment method. 

Steps for In-Store Return

  • If you purchased an item from us in person; please feel free to walk in during business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-2:00pm) or give us a call at (253)631-8233 or email us at sales@bbrmotorsports.com and we will gladly help you either return your item or exchange it for something new. 

Steps for Return through eBay, or Amazon

  • If you purchased our products through either eBay or Amazon, you will need to go through their site directly for steps to return or exchange your order.

Items not eligible for Return:

  • Electrical Parts are neither returnable nor refundable. This includes Rev Boxes, Spark Plugs, Ignitions, stators, and fuel controllers. For any defective electricals please communicate issues with us via phone, email or message us as soon as possible. 
  • No returns are accepted on any custom products (frame kits, custom bikes, custom parts, custom coated pieces, engine work, etc.)
  • No returns are accepted on ProComp Swingarms or CARD Fork kits. 
  • Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
