BBR V4 Frame Kit

Put on my klx 110 bored and stroked to a 155. Sounds like a race bike and is way faster. Highly recommend especially with a big bore

Performs perfectly for heavy rider just a little squeaky. Called in to support and the team was super helpful and actually sent another set out to try. Unfortunately these are also squeaking. 2026 Kawasaki klx140rf. But like I said, works perfectly so going to run what we have and hope the will settle in.

Nothing is ever wrong with the BBR products that iget for my honda crf 110 is 90 % BBR and very little of the honda I started with . And I got another new one and Ive started doing it again it’s a sickness that I love

These things are amazing. Just like all of BBR's products. Incredible craftsmanship, amazing detailing, and superior function. Changed the entire dynamics of the bike coupled with stiffer, longer forks, and a upgraded rear shock. Excellent work BBR, another home run for pitbike enthusiasts!

After installing the latest smallest jet sent to us. We're still a little on the rich side.... I've got to see if I can lessen the needle movement for a leaner reading hopefully???? If not I'll be seeing if we can get a 105 and 110 jet???

No complaints for a mikuni vm26.

Ive installed two on them on my 50s they are great one 50 has been big bored for about 2-3 years now no problems at all and thats beating the snot out of it works so good I did my other 50 and plan on doing my 26 the power is incredible get different sprokets if you want speed

Stop thinking about it and just do it. I contemplated other options, but I’m very happy I decided to go with BBR for my KLX 140 BB kit. I also got the 26mm carb, performance cam, and extended throttle cable.

Quality of parts was top notch and everything installed super easy. Bike cranked right up with the jets that came pre installed and the bike rips. The throttle perch clamp broke while tightening the screws. I took a picture and emailed BBR. The next morning I woke up to a shipment notification email of a new throttle clamp, tube, and even a courtesy set of grips I never bought in the first place. Can’t say enough about that kind of service. BBR obviously cares about their customers, which is rare these days.

Klx 140 was next to impossible to start. After it started inconsistent idle . Replace the jets and starts right up and runs great. Should have done it years ago.

It's a solid shift lever that shifts gears and is a little longer than stock
