I could not install swing arm because the pivot rod was too long. I contacted you guys and found that it was too long. You sent me the correct pivot rod and all is good. I like the quality of the complete assembly. You guys worked with me and I appreciate the outcome. I am still working on figuring out the set up. All is good. Thanks again, Todd.

Received these shims within a week after ordering. Needle shims work and fit well when fine tuning your KLX110 carb with the stock needle. If you’re still slightly off on your plug check even after changing the main jet. These should help richen the mixture to help you get closer to your ideal fuel mixture burn. They have worked well for me.

This with the springs made my pit bike feel like a totally different bike and gave it more height. Highly recommend buying this kit.

I've installed this on both my 2002 XR100R and my girlfriend's 2006 CRF100F along with the recommended jets from BBR. Installation was very straightforward, and there are tons of YouTube videos walking you through the process if you're not comfortable or familiar with the process. You do NOT need to file the rings - they are pre-gapped. Both bikes started up on their first kick. After break-in, the bikes just RIP. I HIGHLY recommend an exhaust (BBR D3 is phenomenal) to compliment the big bore kit and really let it breathe.

The BBR Triple Clamp is a piece of art. It's CNC machined to perfect tolerances and installs equal or better than a brand new OEM part. I'm a 6ft rider (XR100 play bike), so the additional height both on the bars and the ride height are great. I opted for silver to match the factory frame, and it's indistinguishable to the untrained eye. It's worth the money.

After installing this kit some people say it’s scary fast. It’s a pretty big jump in power and works great straight out of the box. Makes it feel like a whole different bike. Highly recommend unless you are a beginner. Definitely makes the klx140 a beast with a carb and exhaust.
