High quality bore kit that shows substantial power gains throughout the RPM range. 63mm piston. 10.5:1 compression ratio allows use of premium pump gas. Complete kit includes: cylinder, piston, ring set, pin, clips and gaskets.

Night and day difference from stock on a 2023. Running this on my son’s bike with the BBR D3 exhaust. Runs great with the stock carb with 105m/40p jets. Definitely recommend
Makes good power, must need for the 26mm carburetor. Using stock cam with fmf silencer and one tooth smaller rear sprocket. Got all the power now! Sounds so good!
After installing this kit some people say it’s scary fast. It’s a pretty big jump in power and works great straight out of the box. Makes it feel like a whole different bike. Highly recommend unless you are a beginner. Definitely makes the klx140 a beast with a carb and exhaust.
