Position Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enumclaw, WA. In this role, you’ll work closely with both BBR Dealers and retail customers to provide exceptional support, process orders, and offer technical assistance. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and build strong relationships will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Process new orders for BBR Dealers and retail customers via phone and email
- Provide technical support and product recommendations
- Answer general customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic understanding of off-road motorcycles or powersports (preferred but not required)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
